MODUCAST is a precast system where the building is split into transportable modules that are manufactured at the precast plant, completed with all finishing as per specifications of the clients (including floor/wall tiling, painting, electrical, plumbing and other fittings), lifted and transported to site and then joined together with other modules to form the final structure.

1 . How does MODUCAST improve the quality of a precast structure?
Since the modules are built with finishes at the plant itself, all works related to tiling, painting, electrical and plumbing are carried out in the plant itself. This avoids the necessity of additional handling of items at the sites as well as the works are done on ground level within the plant . This improves the quality of work and output by the workers and thus ensures quality in the product.
2 . Lesser Pollution at sites by using MODUCAST
As there is no storage of raw materials or other materials required for work at site, there is minimal disturbance on ground. We try to use precast elements for the foundations too, thus avoiding requirement of material shortage and higher labour requirement at sites.

When thickly populated slum area has to be redeveloped, the major issue is relocating the people from the site for the construction of buildings. With MODUCAST minimal area apart from the building area has to be cleared and an apartment can be built in that area.
